Information you share

Our booking form asks for your name, work email, company, role, employee count and industry. Your website and description of what you want to improve are optional. We also receive information you send us by email and details of appointments you book.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange and prepare for meetings, and discuss services you request. We rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with business contacts and assessing potential projects. Where you request steps towards a contract with us personally, we process the necessary information for that purpose. We also process technical request information in our legitimate interests to operate and protect the website.

Booking a call

When you continue to the calendar, your answers are passed to Calendly in the booking link. They may therefore appear in your browser history. The website does not separately store your form answers. Calendly saves the answers with your completed appointment and makes them available to our team. Leaving before you finish booking does not submit a separate enquiry to us.

Calendly and the connected calendar, email and meeting services process information needed to arrange the appointment. Please share general business information only, rather than passwords, customer records or confidential documents. See Calendly’s privacy notice.

Website hosting and storage

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process your IP address, request details and technical logs. We do not add analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and design assets are served with the website. Your motion preference is stored for the current browser session. Calendly is a separate service with its own cookie choices. Sharing and international processing

Information is shared with our team and the service providers needed to host the website, handle correspondence and arrange meetings. Providers may process data outside the UK. Their published privacy information describes their processing locations and transfer safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. How long information is kept

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, prepare for and follow up on the meeting, and manage any resulting business relationship. Retention also takes account of legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. You can contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
